The organizations doing the most meaningful work right now are wrestling with questions that do not have easy answers: How do we sustain a genuine commitment to equity when the political environment is working against it? How do we support employees who are navigating acute stress — racial, cultural, institutional — with the dignity that stress deserves? How do we have the conversations that everyone in the room knows need to happen, but no one has been willing to start?

I have spent two decades in rooms where people finally say what they have never been willing to say. I bring that experience — and that skill — into every speaking engagement, workshop, and consulting relationship.
